1. Order Modification or Cancellation

After placing your order, you may contact info@readywild.com within 24 hours to request:

  • Order cancellation

  • Address modification

Once the order has entered processing (after 24 hours), it can no longer be modified or canceled.

This cancellation policy does not affect your right to request a return after delivery.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email info@readywild.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and the correct return address.

Please do not send returns to the original shipping address shown on the package.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


3. Return Period

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, based on the date your package is received.


4. Return Shipping Costs

① Personal Reasons (e.g. dislike, unsuitable, ordered by mistake)

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

② Quality Issues (wrong item received or damaged product)

  • We will cover the return shipping cost.

  • Please provide clear photos of the product and packaging when contacting us.


5. Exchanges

To request an exchange, please email info@readywild.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item you wish to exchange

  • The reason for exchange

Our support team will review your request and provide the appropriate solution.


6. Exchange Shipping Fees

  • No quality issue:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping and any price difference.

  • Quality issue (wrong or damaged item):
    We will cover the shipping cost for the exchange.


7. Exchange Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will arrange shipment of the replacement.

  • Processing time: 1 business day

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days (standard shipping)

Customers must provide the return tracking number after shipping the item back.


8. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product is returned after 14 days of delivery

  • The product shows signs of misuse or intentional damage

  • Parts or accessories are missing due to customer handling


9. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Refund posting times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank
