At ReadyWild, we stand behind the quality of every tent, light, and piece of gear we sell. We want you to be 100% confident in your equipment for your adventures. If any product doesn't meet your expectations, our hassle-free return policy is here to help.
1. Returns & Exchanges Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for most items.
2. How to Start a Return or Exchange
To ensure a smooth process, please first contact our support team by emailing info@readywild.com with your order number. We will provide you with a Returns Authorization and the correct warehouse address.
Important Note: For your protection, please use a trackable shipping method (like USPS, UPS, or FedEx) for all returns. We cannot be responsible for packages lost without a tracking number.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Returns for Personal Reasons: (Item not as expected, change of plans, etc.)
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returns for Our Error: (Defective, damaged, or incorrect item received)
We cover the costs. Please email us at info@readywild.com, and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Photo or video evidence of the issue is greatly appreciated.
4. Conditions for a Full Refund
To receive a full refund, items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
5. Non-Returnable Items & Product-Specific Conditions
To protect all customers and ensure safety and hygiene, the following items have specific return conditions:
Sleeping Pads & Bags: For clear hygiene reasons, any sleeping pad that has been inflated or any sleeping bag removed from its stuff sack cannot be returned unless it is defective.
Tents: Tents must be returned clean, dry, and free of dirt, odors, or damage. They must include all original components (stakes, guylines, poles, and stuff sacks).
Electronics (DVD Players, Camping Lights): Must be returned in original packaging with all accessories and cables. Electronics with downloaded software or activated licenses are non-returnable.
Final Sale Items: Any item marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase is not eligible for return or exchange.
Used or Damaged Goods: Any product damaged after delivery or returned used, soiled, or with missing parts will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
6. Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approval Timing: Refunds are typically approved within 48 hours of warehouse inspection.
Posting to Your Account: After approval, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment account. The processing time depends on your bank or credit card company.
