1. Warranty Coverage

All outdoor products purchased from readywild.com, including tents, trekking poles, sunglasses, and related accessories, are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended outdoor use.


2. What Is Covered

During the warranty period, if a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, Readywild will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product, or

  • Replace the product with a new or equivalent item, or

  • Offer an appropriate solution based on the specific situation

at no additional cost for parts or labor.


3. What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear from outdoor use

  • Improper use, misuse, or abuse

  • Accidents, drops, excessive force, or impact

  • Exposure to extreme weather beyond intended use

  • Improper setup, storage, or maintenance

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

Outdoor products are designed for durability, but all outdoor gear will naturally experience wear over time.


4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, please contact info@readywild.com and provide:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect (if applicable)

Our customer service team will review your request and respond with the next steps within a reasonable timeframe.


5. Warranty Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is confirmed to be covered under warranty, Readywild will cover the shipping costs for repair or replacement.

  • If the issue is determined not to be a manufacturing defect, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs.


6. Warranty vs. Return Policy

  • Our 14-day return policy applies to unused items shortly after delivery.

  • Our 1-year limited warranty applies to product defects that occur during normal use after the return period.

These policies operate independently.


7. Limitation of Liability

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Readywild is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
